Amy Traggianese’s yogic journey started in 2005 with an interest for its physical benefits, but she discovered yoga to be a life-changing practice. After practicing Kripalu yoga for several years, Amy completed a teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts, where she received her 200 hour certificate in Creative Kids Yoga™.
Amy has also been certified as a yoga instructor at the 200 hour level by Kim Valeri of YOGAspirit® Studios.
She is excited to share this transformative practice with others. She brings her compassionate spirit, sense of humor, and love of yoga to every class.
Amy has a background in Elementary Education and Art Education, is currently teaching art at the elementary level and loves to share her passion for yoga and art with people of all ages. She designs and teaches custom yoga and art classes for schools and other venues and she holds a BA in Early Childhood Education from Marymount College and an MS in Art Education from Southern Connecticut State University.
